At Bath Garden Center, our customers are our primary concern. If you have made a purchase that has proven to be damaged or defective, the product has not met your expectations, or you simply changed your mind about said product, we are happy to take a return or make an exchange.
Any purchases made in-store or online can be returned to our physical location within 30 days of the original purchase date, with original tags or packaging, and in its original condition. Please also bring your original purchase receipt. If you are a part of our Frequent Gardener Club, no receipt is required, as we will have your order and can look it up in our system.
If you have purchased a plant that does not seem to be adjusting well, please bring the plant in for our plant experts to examine. We would like to be able to diagnose the issue and aid in the rehabilitation of the plant. If efforts are made to save the plant, and it is proven to be unhealthy, damaged, or infested with any sort of bug or parasite, we will replace the plant at no cost.
We do not accept returns of holiday-themed products or holiday decorations.
All clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damaged or Defective Items
If the product you have purchased has proven to be defective, or the product was damaged upon receipt, we ask that you bring the item and the original purchase receipt into our store in order to receive a refund or make an exchange.
Exchanges & Store Credit
If any products attempting to be returned appear to be used or defective due to improper use, a refund may not be able to be issued. However, we are happy to make an exchange for a product of equal or lesser value or will issue store credit for the amount of the item being returned.
