At Bath Garden Center, our customers are our primary concern. If you have made a purchase that has proven to be damaged or defective, the product has not met your expectations, or you simply changed your mind about said product, we are happy to take a return or make an exchange. ​

Return Policy​

In-Store Purchases

Any purchases made in-store can be returned to our physical location within 30 days of the original purchase date, with original tags or packaging, and in its original condition. Please also bring your original purchase receipt. If you are a part of our Frequent Gardener Club, no receipt is required, as we will have your order and can look it up in our system.

Online Purchases

Any items purchased online are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase. All items must be in new, unused condition and must include all original product packaging in order to be eligible for a full refund to the original method of payment. Returns are able to be processed in-store or by mail. For in-store returns, please bring the item in question and the order number associated with the purchase to Bath Garden Center at 2000 East Prospect Rd, Fort Collins, CO 80525. To return by mail, please send 1) a photo of the item in question, 2) your reason for return, and 3) the order number associated with the purchase to Given all return requirements are met, we will process your return and provide a return label that will be sent to the email address associated with the order. Refunds will be issued when the item is received. Items that appear to be in used condition may be returned for in-store credit only. The original cost of shipping is non-refundable and return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount. If you need to exchange an item, please follow the process outlined above to return the original item and place a new order for the item in need. Houseplant Returns

If you have purchased a plant that does not seem to be adjusting well, please bring the plant in for our plant experts to examine. We would like to be able to diagnose the issue and aid in the rehabilitation of the plant. If efforts are made to save the plant, and it is proven to be unhealthy, damaged, or infested with any sort of bug or parasite, we will replace the plant at no cost. 

Holiday and Clearance 

We do not accept returns of holiday-themed products or holiday decorations. All clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Damaged or Defective Items

If the product you have purchased has proven to be defective, or if the product was damaged upon receipt, we ask that you bring the item and the original purchase receipt into Bath Garden Center in order to receive a refund or make an exchange. For any orders completed online, please follow the process outlined above in the "Online Purchases" section.

Exchanges & Store Credit

If any products attempting to be returned appear to be used or defective due to improper use, a refund may not be able to be issued. However, we are happy to make an exchange for a product of equal or lesser value or will issue store credit for the amount of the item being returned. ​Please follow the above-outlined process for exchanges of orders completed online.
