When to sow outside:
1 - 2 weeks after your average last frost date in mild climates, and when the soil temperature is at least 60*F. In cold climates, sow in containers to grow outside during the summer and inside during the winter.
When to start inside: Recommended;
10 - 12 weeks before your average last frost date. Ideal soil temperature is 65*F - 75*F.

Rosemary has a naturally low, and slow germination rate. Light aids germination; press seed lightly into soil surface.
