Organic Pro Sheep and Peat Compost from Permagreen

Amend all-purpose soil or existing soil with this 100% organic, premium soil amendment. It will supply natural time-released nutrients, help break up clay soils, help keep the soil loose and fluffy, increase the soil's water holding capacity, help stabilize soil temperature, replenish trace elements to the soil, and help lower the PH of alkaline soil. Planting your crops in compost alone will result in the burning and death of your plants, so be sure to mix the proper ratio of soil and amendment.

  • Ideal for use anytime during the growing season in vegetable and flower gardens to supply trace elements and natural time-release nutrients.
  • A blend of state-certified, class 1 composted sheep manure with real Canadian sphagnum peat
  • 100% organic
  • Helps retain water, oxygen levels, and nutrients
  • Contains 1.5 cubic feet of compost

"Great plants and gifts! Beautiful rose bushes! We bought 20!"

- Stacy Herron, January 2023

"I’ve been here many times to get irrigation supplies. I really appreciate their knowledge, patience, and assistance on the subject. I also like that in their lawn irrigation center, it’s only supplies you might need for your lawn, nothing else."

- C Way, March 2023

"The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and there's so many great options for good plants and garden decorations! The jalapeno plants here are the best. You could easily lose a day just browsing through all of their different plant and shopping options."

- TheMaddness22, May 2023

"Great selection of healthy plants. Everyone of the employees that I spoke to was helpful and knowledgeable."

- Deborah Tisher, June 2022
