Grown as an annual, 'Moss Curled' parsley is quite cold tolerant, often remaining harvestable into late fall and winter. It has a milder flacor than flat-leaved types and can enhance almost any food. It is very nutritios (vitamins A, B, C), and freshens breath. Paird with flowers in ornamental plantings it adds texture and beauty, and attracts swallowtail butterflies. Grow indoors in the winter!
